Your Account page will have all of your gift redemption details and information. As outlined throughout the site, all members need to finish the required number of sponsor offers stated for each offer group. When your Account page shows that the required number of offers from each offer group is complete, our Gift Redemption team will approve your
Gift Redemption Link (also found on your Account page) and proceed to send you the FREE gift.
Please be patient, some advertisers can take 2-3 weeks to report back to us. Other sponsors have taken 6-8 weeks to report the completed action back to us, even if the member has already received a confirmation from them.
Wait at least 15 days for any offer to report. Credit Cards, NetFlix, and BMG, among others, take at least 3 weeks to report.
If you were denied membership from a sponsor or if you cancelled the sponsor's offer prematurely you will not receive credit. If you have documentation to prove that you have fully completed a sponsor's offer and it is still missing from your account status page, please send us an email (by clicking on the
Contact Us link below) with the
Name of the sponsor's offer, the
Date you signed up for the sponsor's offer, and the
Email address and Name that you used when you signed up for the sponsor's offer.
