Thank you for your interest in the FreePiphany™ Gift Giving Program! In this section we have answered some of the most asked questions regarding our program.

How are you able to give away FREE stuff?

FreePiphany™ does business with an exclusive group of highly regarded sponsors such as Netflix, AOL, and Columbia House. When you participate in their offers, they compensate us, and that is how we are able to cover the cost of your gift as well as the Shipping & Handling!

What are the steps in getting a FREE gift?

Step 1: Choose your FREE gift and submit your email and shipping information.

Please make sure this information is up-to-date and accurate. This will expedite the redemption process. We automatically send you a Confirmation Email to verify that we have your correct email on file; please respond to the Confirmation Email when you receive it (in some cases it may be found in your Bulk/Spam folder). You will then become a member in the FreePiphany™ Network.

Step 2: Complete offers from our selected sponsors.

We constantly strive to find the best advertiser offers on the internet for our members by researching and testing each offer. You will find an extensive selection of advertiser's offers to choose from within each of the offer groups. Just select and complete the required number of offers in each offer group as outlined in our membership agreement to receive your FREE gift. We will update your Account page with the total number of offers you have completed upon notification from the advertiser that you have met their requirements. Please be patient, some advertisers can take 2-3 weeks to report back to us. Please do not contact our sponsor companies regarding your gift status.

Step 3: Submit your Gift Redemption Form.

Once you have completed the required number of offers in each group, click the Gift Redemption Link in the Gift Redemption Form section of your account page. Make sure all of the information on your Gift Redemption Form is correct, then submit. We will send you a confirmation email and your FREE gift will be sent via Fed Ex or UPS within 30 days!

Are there any costs to join FreePiphany™?

No. The FreePiphany™ Program is free. You will not be required to pay any membership fees after you join. All costs associated with the gifts (including shipping & handling) are covered by our lovely sponsors.

Can I join if I'm not a resident of the United States?

No. Unfortunately, at this time, you need to be a U.S. resident (and 18 years of age or older) to be eligible for our program. Sorry.

Do I have to refer friends?

No. But if you want to, feel free. The more members we get, the more FREE stuff we give out.

Can I update my personal information after registering?

Yes. Go to the Account Profile section of the My Account page and click on the "Change your account settings" link. You'll be able to update your information at anytime including your password and gift selection.

What does "freepiphany" mean?

It's the sudden realization that something is FREE.
