FreePiphany™ members are automatically opted-in to receive FreePiphany™ newsletters and offer e-mails at the time of enrollment. You may opt-out by visiting the unsubscribe page. You may cancel your FreePiphany™ membership at any time by visiting the unsubscribe page. If you decide to cancel your membership and later wish to re-enroll, you will not receive gift credits earned using your previous account. FreePiphany™ reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time with or without notice. FreePiphany™ does not tolerate any abuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity aimed towards other members or FreePiphany™.

Our Site has security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, FreePiphany™ has used appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of Your personal information including, but not limited to: firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of network traffic to track abuse of our network and its data. For your security, FreePiphany will never store your password without industry standard encryption. For other security purposes, we will reset your password to a randomly generated password and email it to you. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect Your personal information, FreePiphany™ cannot guarantee the security of any information that You transmit to us or from our sponsors and You do so at Your own risk.
